Hi,

Has anyone ever eaten pine pollen?

I have heard this is a very popular "super food" in China, but I can't find much actual information or user experiences about it.... just marketing pages, online shops and pages which consider pine pollen as an allergenic.

No, I haven't tried it. Sounds interesting but it might be a gimmick to sell something, too. That's what a lot of the "superfoods" are.
