Sami's Creamy Tomato Soup

3 large tomatoes
1 avocado
2-8 cloves of garlic (This from Tommie--I don't think I put any garlic. 8 cloves is a little extreme)
Blend in blender until smooth.

Add chili powder of choice and salt until tastes good.  Now, for my motherly advice, remember you can always add more and cannot remove any, so start small.

Warm over stove with finger until finger warm.  LOL   Anyways.  I love this one.  It is enough to feed me and warm me.  One meal.

I made this but left out the garlic and put in Tajin. I haven't been eating Tajin and what I thought was a reasonable amount could have been less. It was okay. I found how to make it smoother. After I blended it thoroughly and all the seeds were broken up, I turned the VitaMix down as low as it would go. The air bubbles gathered on top and popped until there was just one big bubble. When it popped, voilĂ ! it was perfectly smooth.

Pardon my ignorance, but what is Tajin?

This sounds lovely I think I will be making it today for lunch.
I think I will only use a couple of cloves of garlic, as much as I love the stuff I do not want to smell of it all day!!

Have a lovely day folks
